so we went to this restaurant for lunch yesterday....please dont overlook the picture of the gutted cow in the background.
we thought pizza would be safe, so we ordered a matambre a la pizza. not knowing exactly what a matambre was...
basically what we ended up with was pizza, but instead of a crust, they just used steak. so basically, we had toasted steak with tomato sauce and melted mozzeralla....sooo argentina....
